Sleepagotchi 从睡眠追踪转向 AI 个人助理
作者分析 Gotchi Labs 想以睡眠数据为起点,扩展到健康、健身、购物、效率等专用 AI 助理,并质疑数据多是否等于更懂用户。

been looking at @sleepagotchi again… and the latest Gotchi Labs direction makes me think the sleep app was always just the starting point. the AI Sleep Coach is already live, with 500K+ registered users and around 80K daily active users, according to Gotchi Labs. but what caught my attention is the bigger system they’re trying to build around it. Sleepagotchi already connects with wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, Oura and WHOOP, turning everyday sleep and recovery signals into personal context. now Gotchi Labs wants to take that context further, expanding into wellness, fitness, shopping and productivity through specialized AI agents. that’s a different ambition from building another health dashboard. the real challenge is connecting the dots between what a person does, what their data reveals and what kind of help is actually useful. more data doesn’t automatically mean better personalization. the system still needs to earn trust, respect privacy and make its recommendations relevant in real life. i think that’s the part worth watching with Sleepagotchi. not how many agents they can launch, but whether one daily habit can become the foundation for AI that genuinely understands its users. when does a health app stop being a tracker and start becoming a personal assistant?
