GEMINI 4 - Argon Elon congratulated Google on Gemini 4 Argon. Google released the model worldwide today and says it beats OpenAI's and Anthropic's best models at coding, science and finance. Those claims come from Google and haven't been independently checked. Elon quote-posted Sundar Pichai's launch post with "Congrats!" and added that CEOs posting directly on X is "vastly more powerful and effective than a press release." And now there are 5 contenders for the leaders in frontier models.
