I made a 4-hour fan game for my favorite YouTuber with 500k subscribers. We’ve already been in touch, and they’re scheduled to play it next week. Creating a full 4-hour game meant burning through tens of billions of tokens, but the end result turned out incredible. I used GPT Astra and Opus 5.5 to build an RPG-style game, which required a wide array of fine-tuned rules and systems—ranging from signature camera movements, dialogue, dynamic cutscenes, and effect directions to sprite generation, Visual QA, and gameplay QA. If this post gets a good response and the playthrough goes successfully, I plan to open-source the code for this fan game and bundle all the RPG game-making skills into an "AI RPG Maker" skill set to share with everyone. #deltarune #ai #build
