I STARTED CALLING GROK BOT TO TALK THROUGH WORK AND BUILT MY OWN DESIGN FOR IT WITH AN AI AGENT. i’m trying three short conversations throughout the day. morning: “i need to send a client proposal and finish the landing page. launch is friday. where should i start?” afternoon: “i sent the proposal, but the client wants me to clarify the terms. i have two hours left for the landing page. what matters most?” evening: “here’s what i got done. help me pick the first task for tomorrow.” in my design, tasks, deadlines and the next step sit beside the call. the video shows how that board changes after each conversation. i want to judge the recommendations against what’s actually happening: how much time is left, who’s waiting on me and what’s holding up the launch.
