五个 Grok Bot 员工共用一台电脑和一个大脑
借论文《平费制的终结》讲按 token 计费:五名 Bot 共享 Kimi K3 大脑,不买席位。
This is f*cking gold.. Chinese researchers just released a paper with a brutal title: "The End of the Flat Rate". The case is simple: paying a fixed subscription for AI labor is finished as a strategy. A flat rate is a ceiling you rent, and five workers sharing one ceiling are five workers waiting in line. A model billed per token is a brain you own -- every worker draws on it as needed, one price, no throttling, no seat limits. At team scale nothing else scales. Five workers cannot share a subscription, but they can share a brain. So the person stops buying seats. You turn into the operator -- you hire the desks, install the brain, and clock out. Subscriptions become the trap, the per-token brain becomes the setup. That is exactly the office I built and wrote up below: five Grok Bot workers, one shared computer, one Kimi K3 brain at $3 per million tokens. The entire paper in one line: hire the desks, install the brain ↓
