I touch it 40 minutes a day. the workflow: 1) Scanner pulls 15 new quant papers a day off arxiv, keeps only the ones with a working repo attached. 2) Summarizer strips each paper to one chart-worthy result and one sentence nobody else is saying yet. 3) Scriptwriter turns that into 6 shots, 45 seconds, one voiceover line per shot. 4) Producer sends it through @Picsart, checks the credit cost before every render. one clip runs about 400 credits. 5) Auditor compares against my last 25 posts and kills anything that repeats a chart type or a phrase. 6) Publisher posts to X, tags nothing, waits. 15 papers scanned. 6 posts made. 4 published. 0 charts made by hand. the part that surprised me: → the paper title never gets the views. the one weird number pulled out of the abstract does. → posts about failed strategies outperform posts about winning ones, by a lot. → my highest-engagement week was the one where I posted the least and killed the most drafts. the moat isn't finding papers anymore, everyone's feed does that. the moat is knowing which result is actually new. full breakdown, prompts included, here ↓
