Jev is (literally) cooking. If you grew up with browser games in the 2000s, you probably remember those classic Flash cooking games: customers keep arriving, orders pile up, food is burning, and you’re constantly deciding what to flip, serve, or throw on the grill next. So I built one for Jev. In Rush mode, multiple customers are waiting, different foods cook at different speeds, and the grill never really stops. Jev has to keep making decisions in real time as the game state changes. It averaged around 0.5s per decision, which is fast enough to actually play the game live. Over one 5-minute shift, it made 261 decisions and 382 actions, served 29 guests, and scored 8,264. Since Jev charges only for input tokens, the entire run cost about $0.15. The video shows the first 15 seconds at normal speed, then jumps to 16× for the rest of the shift.
