this is f*cking gold if you build with coding agents Jev founder Diogo Amogo basically dropped the PDF blueprint for building a proper Jev harness. the numbers are wild: > up to 250x faster > up to 500x cheaper and the interesting part isn’t another smarter model. it’s everything you build around the model. the harness decides what gets routed, what deserves expensive thinking, and what never needed a big LLM in the first place. lazy way to use it: > grab the PDF > add the article below > throw both into Claude Code or Codex > tell it to rebuild your agent setup around the same principles spend one evening fixing the machinery around your model. your model stays the same. your agent doesn’t. most people are still shopping for a better brain. the real alpha might be building a better nervous system around the one you already have.
