Isn’t it basically the consensus among us that GPT-6 Sol feels more like a GPT-5.6 Sol that got heavily upgraded and learned a few tricks from GPT-6 Astra, rather than a model actually built on the GPT-6 base? That’s honestly the only explanation that makes sense in my head for why it feels so weak compared to Opus 5.5. And yes, it loses to Sonnet 5.5 too.
