watched @gregisenberg’s episode, and I think the real story for me it’s that personal agents are finally reaching offline, everyday services. The setup is simple: @Muse searches Facebook groups, Marketplace, and IG, finds people offering a service (his example was night nurses), cleans the data, and handles the outreach. I think this works for three reasons: 1. Muse is Meta’s own product, so it can reach FB and IG content in a way most other agents can’t. 2. The data is public. Unlike hiring talents, work history or performance, which are usually locked inside closed platforms, these posts are out there for anyone. 3. Service providers are already creating trust signals. Good nannies, agencies, and landlords post about their day, their rates, how they handle tricky situations. That content was made for humans, but now agents can read it too. So the matching layer of local services (finding, comparing, reaching out) is about to get much cheaper. But I'm also thinking if agencies will disappear. I think they wont, but may build another flow for earning money. Because filtering public posts can tell you who’s active. It can’t tell you who’s actually good. Real trust still needs verification: interviews, references, background checks. And here’s the part I find most interesting: every completed match creates data only you have. How the person actually performed, whether the client was happy, whether they rebooked. So the business model is really turning open data into closed data. Anyone’s agent can scrape the same groups. No one else has the results of your last 300 matches. Feels like the window to start is now, while the open data is still open lol
