Hey @mxstbr love what you're doing with MCP & love what @OpenAI is doing on the platform side, but we can't launch products or MCP apps to customers that will intermittently fail like this. Are there any plans to provide clarity on how these safety checks are triggered? Otherwise MCP apps are just a marketing gimmick for now.
