I connected my Grok Bot to Sellerboard and Amazon's API and asked it to help me make smarter replenishment decisions. I had it analyze the last 6 months of data to identify ASINs with high sales volume but also high refund rates and little to no actual profit, using both Amazon and Sellerboard data to cross-check the results. It analyzed everything into a table and gave me about 35 ASINs. Here's where it gets interesting: 5 of those ASINs were back in stock, and I was literally about to replenish all of them. Despite their strong sales, I hadn't realized just how much refunds were eating into the profits. Turns out, only 1 of the 5 was actually worth replenishing. Instead of wasting money in 5 products, I only bought 1. Grok @bot is amazing!
