Mistral's API tps recovered around the same time as Union Alpha. In 7 days, Mistral's holding a Frontier AI Engineering event. I tested vision, political questions (e.g. Taiwan), and looked at how outputs are structured. It's certainly Mistral, with a tiny chance of MiniMax
