Kling 4.0 hands-on tests and comparisons

TechBuzzChina reports Kuaishou's Kling 4.0 supports 30-second continuous single-shot video, and expects rivals in China's AI video market to be judged partly on matching that duration.

The author says Kling 4.0 handles complex scenes with stable motion and smooth camera direction, and finds flexible reference inputs and keyframe support especially useful for controlled creation.

A French-speaking user replies to a clip, confirming the creator only wrote the lyric text rather than inserting vocals into the prompt, and says they are unsure whether Kling 4 supports that.

Third-party platform Frameo AI says Kling 4.0 is coming soon, listing 15 multimodal references, up to 4K, 10-bit HDR, 3–30s generations and Omni reference inputs.

A user who tested Kling 4.0 calls it a major upgrade and the next best option, but says Seedance remains stronger and Google Flow is far behind.

A team used a single Kling 4.0 prompt to create a 15-second Counter-Strike-style round with no game engine, hiding their own ad at the end.

One prompt produced a 30-second Kling 4.0 single take with child dialogue, ambient sound and BGM, following the requested crane move to sunset.

Kling 4.0 is now live for all users with up to 30-second native clips, 10 keyframes, 15 multimodal references, nine-language lip sync, ~8,000-token prompts, MCP/CLI hooks, and 4K/HDR listed as coming soon.

Kling 4.0 rolled out to everyone with single-shot generation up to 30 seconds, letting AI avatar creators produce a full video without stitching short clips.

The post outlines Kling 4.0's support for up to 30-second videos, smoother motion and more precise camera control, plus Omni Reference with up to 15 reference inputs and 10 keyframes.

The author generates a French-spoken clip with Kling 4.0, finding pronunciation and tone clearly better than other video models and highlighting one line's delivery.

A side-by-side video asking which model, Seedance 2.5 or Kling 4.0, follows prompts better; the verdict is only in the clip.
