Opus 5.5 vs Gemini 4 Argon: firefly jar video comparison
The same prompt for a firefly jar video was given to Opus 5.5 and Gemini 4 Argon; Opus produced real glass and a moonlit cabin, Gemini produced a glowstick in a box, at 79x the cost difference.

No way Opus 5.5 cost 79x more than Gemini 4 Argon. Then I saw the jars Same prompt: a firefly jar you can open gently. Opus 5.5 - $15.00, 64 min Gemini 4 Argon - $0.19, 8 min Opus made real glass, moonlight through the window, and a tiny cabin inside. Gemini made a glowstick in a box. Unscrew both lids yourself 👇
