Two Opus 5.5 instances build and challenge the same Blender scene in parallel

Two Opus 5.5 runs share one Blender build: one produces geometry, hierarchy and materials, the other hunts for breakage, and conflicts are merged against the original brief with a full log.

Opus 5.5 now runs twice on the same Blender build, and the second copy is paid to prove the first one wrong Running one model twice as long does not make it more careful. Running two in parallel, with opposite jobs, does. > BUILD - one instance produces geometry, hierarchy and materials end to end > CHALLENGE - the other works the same brief looking only for where that build breaks > MERGE - conflicts resolved against the brief, never by whichever model argued louder Sequential review wastes the clock. The checker sits idle while the builder works, then the builder sits idle during review. In parallel both finish together. The wait collapses to a single pass instead of two stacked on top of each other. The challenger never sees itself as a builder. It has no draft to defend, so it has no reason to approve anything. Resolving against the brief is what keeps it honest. The original request is the referee, not either model’s confidence. Quality goes up for the same reason code review works: nobody catches their own blind spot by staring harder. The brief, both outputs and the full conflict log are laid out underneath.
