Designer runs a 13-bot back office on Grok Bot
A studio owner shows how Grok Bot acts as the main dispatcher to 13 single-purpose bots covering planning, content, email, finance and more, alongside a 15-person team.
Basically my whole back office at this point 😁 → Grok Bot: main one, sends every task to the right bot → Day Planner: plans my day from my calendar and reminds me of calls, helps me manage my time/energy → Daily Brief: which clients need attention today → Content Bot: yesterday's numbers, what's working + giving me post ideas → X Writer: drafts posts with me in my voice → Reply Scout: finds posts worth replying to → Repurpose Bot: turns my best X posts into content for other platforms (Li/YT/IG, etc.) → Email Bot: writes my newsletter (not started yet) → AI Search Bot: scans if DesignMe is showing up in ChatGPT and Google answers + helps me optimize → Scope Bot: helps scope new projects → CFO Bot: studio finances, team efficiency, profitability, and all numbers → Promo Deals: finds sponsorship deals (not using yet) → Investing Bot: my personal investing plan Each one has one job so they don't step on each other. Running a studio with a team of 12 bots (and 15 humans) is a fun experiment 😁
