Rebuilding a 98-bot Grok Bot life setup in three hours

The author runs 98 Grok Bots and 27 routines for inbox, calendar, news, content and code, and lays out a three-hour rebuild: a brand DNA file, one chief-of-staff bot, an approval gate, then per-function rooms.

i run 80% of my life on grok bots... 98 bots. 27 routines. they sort my inbox, prep my calendar, read the news, draft my content and ship my code... [if i had 3 hours to rebuild it better from zero, here's exactly how.] hour 0-1: one brain first 1. brand DNA interview → it interviews you, reads your posts, and saves your goals and voice to brandDNA.md → every bot reads this file 2. one chief of staff → one bot routes everything and creates the rest > you're my chief of staff. for every ask, pick the right bot. if none exists, create it with one job, report to you, and tell me in 5 lines. 3. the gate, day one > before anything is sent, paid for, posted or merged, show me the draft and wait for my explicit yes. 4. connectors + vault → gmail, calendar, notion, docs, github, X → logins and cards go in the vault, so bots use them without seeing them > list the apps you can use and the 3 i should connect next. hour 1-2: the rooms 5. inbox > every morning, sort my gmail into needs-me, fyi and junk, and draft replies for needs-me. drafts only. 6. calendar > flag conflicts and prep notes for tomorrow's meetings at 9pm. 7. news > 5 lines a day on my topics, with sources. stay quiet on slow days. 8. quant desk > a news feed bot for my watchlist and a researcher that writes one idea a week with risks. research only, no trades. 9. content crew > draft in my voice from brandDNA.md, find outlier posts by bookmarks and replies per view, and score yesterday's posts. 10. engineering > when i ask for code, hand it to a cursor cloud agent, open a PR, never merge, and have a reviewer bot grade it. 11. clipper + webhooks → a grok bot button on any page: one click sends it to my bot > when a link arrives, file it to today's notes and tell me which room it belongs to. hour 2-3: dashboards + autopilot 12. morning OS > a page with today's calendar, needs-me emails, top 5 news and the gate queue. refresh at 7am. 13. for you board > the 10 posts in my niche with the most bookmarks and replies per view in 24h, each with a hook in my voice. refresh hourly. 14. ship-next board > everything drafted, waiting on me and shipped this week, across all rooms. 15. security audit > every bot, its connected apps, what it can send or spend, and anything that skips the gate. 16. quant board > my watchlist, today's moves, open research ideas and their risks. refresh at market open. 17. routines > turn the morning OS, inbox and news into routines. one per job, in my time zone. 18. the DOGE audit > every sunday, audit all my bots and routines: what ran, what it cost, what nobody read. tell me what to cut. 19. images + videos > make 3 cover options for this week's best post, plus a 6-second loop of the winner. 20. templates > package the bots that work as shareable templates. strip anything personal. better this time: → one chief of staff, not 98 loose bots → the gate from day one, not after a scare → the audit weekly, not when usage spikes → fewer, sharper routines → dashboards over messages your setup runs on a file, a chief of staff, and your yes. send this to the friend with 40 bots and no chief of staff. which room would you build first? 👇
