MiniMax M3.1 Flash 开源权重了。 428B 总参数，23B 激活。 官方权重 252GB，AMD 已经出了 MXFP4 量化版，239.5GB。两台 DGX Spark 理论上刚好塞得进，就是留给上下文的空间很挤，等社区出 3bit 版本会舒服很多。 价格直接对标 DeepSeek：输入 ¥1、输出 ¥4，和 DeepSeek 闲时价一模一样。 缓存命中还是 DeepSeek 的必杀技，¥0.02 对 ¥0.1，便宜 5 倍。 不过 MiniMax 全天一个价，DeepSeek 工作日白天的高峰时段价格要翻倍。
