I can not stress enough how great Grok Bot is for CRE. This (video below) is one of the most complex Excel files for CAM recs. To work in this excel file, some would say you need an university degree. If you have a NNN property with 50 + tenants and different cost pools it can take tens of hours to do a year-end-reconciliation. Now, with a team of Grok Bot(s) basically you can do this in less than 5 min.
