Claude plus Remotion nine-station pipeline for promo videos
A brief-to-finished-video workflow that splits Claude and Remotion work into nine numbered stations from script to sound sync.
I can’t believe nobody is making videos like this with Opus 5.5 yet I took the whole Claude + Remotion workflow and turned it into a tiny animation factory, where a single brief goes in at the top, rides a conveyor belt through nine stations, and out comes a finished promo video Here's what happens on the line: > Research and Script come first, and the script isn't "make it look good" but an actual frame map > Storyboard and Shoot lock the key moments as stills before anything moves, which is where most layout problems get caught for free > Animate is where Claude drives every element with spring() and interpolate() off a single frame counter, so nothing depends on the browser's clock > Cut and Edit trim each scene to exact frames and stack them into Sequences, which is why a revision touches one block instead of rewriting half the video > Sound syncs the sound effects with the visuals The funny part is that none of these stations are magic, and it only feels like a factory because every step has a number attached to it, so Claude stops guessing and starts building The full breakdown of the workflow is below, so save it before your next launch video 👇
