My launch-day take: Opus 5.5 takes this round over GPT-6 Sol. Convincingly. If we’re comparing them as everyday alternatives to the flagship models, I’d pick Opus based on the published results. Sol’s pricing is great. But Opus 5.5 is my model to beat right now. Anthropic came prepared.
