Opus 5.5 motion technique: write the movement as math before drawing

A test of Opus 5.5 writing a Mac mini teardown animation as curves and timing parameters first, so changing one number adjusts the motion without redrawing.

I just tested one of the most effective techniques I've found for Opus 5.5: the motion gets written as math before anything gets drawn. Claude wrote this Mac mini like sheet music first: 13 parts playing at once, and the box you see is just what they sound like. > Finding the button is 2 curves: the box turns from 22° to 124°, then rolls 90° onto its side. > The big moves all run on one 5th-degree curve, 6t⁵ − 15t⁴ + 10t³, so nothing starts or stops with a jolt. > The status light comes on at 84% of the press step, once the box is already back on its foot. > The drawn fan has 27 blades and every step ends on a whole number of blade turns, so the cut to the next step never jumps. > Taking it apart is 6 overlapping windows: the lid lifts first, the shield and foot last. Putting it back runs the same list bottom up. If the light comes on too early, I change one number. Nothing gets redrawn. Flip it over yourself, playground in the first reply 👇
