Here’s how I actually use Grok Bot, OpenAI’s dots and Muse in the business. The article breaks down all three. In the full video below, I walk through our Grok Bot setup, dots examples, team ownership and how we’re hiring differently. A few things we’re doing: 1. Turning our existing knowledge into content workflows Our podcast episodes, YouTube videos and internal discussions become inputs for the content team. We also look at competitor topics and content that’s declining to decide what to update, consolidate or delete. The useful part is giving the team a repeatable process they can improve. 2. Giving different agents specific jobs We have bots for content opportunities, recruiting, prospect research and other recurring work. I use dots to pull context across tools, help me think through an opportunity and give the team something concrete to act on. In the article, I also show how I’m using Muse to turn existing Instagram material into ad drafts. 3. Giving the workflows human owners I’m not trying to own every bot forever. I build the first version, show the team how it works and hand it off. The people closest to the work can often make it better because they understand the details better than I do. Putting an agent in Slack is only the start. Someone still has to own the work and judge the output. 4. Changing how we evaluate talent I want candidates to show what they’ve actually built. Share the screen. Explain the workflow. Walk through where it failed and what changed. We also ask which workflows they’ve stopped using. Adding more tools is easy. Knowing what to retire takes judgment. 5. Staying hands-on as a founder You don’t have to build every workflow yourself. But you need enough experience to understand what’s possible, set the standard and teach the team. That’s the part I keep coming back to: your judgment, taste and knowledge of the business still matter.
