Claude Opus 5.5 helped build a free public-domain library of 500 AI-generated GIFs and animated WebPs. The idea behind VibeGIF is simple: finding small animated visuals for websites is easy, but finding ones you can safely reuse without worrying about copyright is harder. So the project is building a public gallery of reusable animated assets. Right now it has: > 500 GIFs + animated WebPs > multiple visual styles > public-domain assets > open-source repo > a goal of 1,000+ animations Pretty useful if you need lightweight motion for landing pages, UI or small web experiments without hunting through random GIF sites.
