The frontier AI race appears to be in a strategic standoff tbh. - Anthropic waiting for OpenAI before releasing Opus 5.1 - OpenAI waiting for Opus 5.1 before launching GPT-6 Sol - xAI holding Grok 4.7 nd doing the same This isn’t “pacing the frontier together.”, this's the greed and pressure to win the AI race.
