congrats to the deel team. this is a monster launch. $140m arr in 90 days with zero new headcount. 8000 agents doing the work of ~600 people. and they ran it on themselves for months before selling a single seat. the part that got me: 91,000 hours saved a month. divide that out and it's ~525 full time people worth of work. the number is real. and it's not some autonomous cowboy agent. wire transfers need human approval. every run is logged and replayable. soc 2, gdpr, 100+ countries. that's why this one actually shipped when everyone else's finance demo died in procurement. huge. genuinely excited to get my hands on this.
