Someone recreated Neo’s apartment from The Matrix in Blender with Claude. Five days of part-time work. A $20/month Claude plan. Rendered on an RTX 3070. Opus 5.5 worked with parallel Sonnet and Haiku agents to handle modeling, UVs, materials, cameras and compositing. The geometry was modeled from scratch, without image-to-3D tools like Meshy or Tripo. The creator provided art direction through annotated screenshots and repeated feedback on layout, lighting and the final look. And much of that direction happened from his phone. Rebuilding Neo’s apartment by texting an AI from your phone feels appropriately Matrix.
