Opus 5.5 spends 5 hours on a 280KB single-file demoscene intro

Given zero direction, Opus 5.5 chose to make a demoscene intro and, after about 5 hours and 697M tokens, produced one 280KB HTML file holding every pixel and sound, with no images, audio files, 3D models or libraries.

I asked Claude Opus 5.5 to make the most impressive demo of itself and gave it zero direction. ~5 hours and 697M tokens later, it made this demoscene intro. Every pixel and every sound comes from one 280 KB HTML file. No images, audio files, 3D models, or libraries. Sound on. (It also wrote this tweet)
