As far as we know, Sonnet 5.5 is launching next week. It represents the next challenge to OpenAI - specifically, to GPT-6-Sol. From what we can see, Sonnet 5.5 is not only very affordable but also outstanding; it could well become for GPT-Astra what Opus 5.5 was: a more efficient and presumably more intelligent model. Anthropic is absolutely back! (And Minimax-M3.1 is also coming)
