I asked Claude Opus 5.5 how to make chips. It built the machine. Tin droplets hit by a laser 50,000 times a second. A 220,000 K plasma. A mirror that catches 600 W of 13.5 nm light, then eleven more that each keep 71%. One photon in 148 reaches the wafer. It is a model, not ASML data. The physics runs in your browser.
