Grok Bot changes render settings on its own and ruins an edit
A user says Grok Bot unilaterally switched clips to 1080p fast recording in the studio, discovered mid-edit, and that scheduled tasks often fail to fire, so bots have to be killed and restarted within days.
We have to be realists here too. Grok Bot wasted a huge block of hours in the studio yesterday. It unilaterally decided to save time and render clips in 1080p with a faster recording method instead of what we had established and had been using for more than a week… 1/2 way through an edit, we discovered the problem, and got the old “sorry about that, that’s on me” crap. We have yet to have a bot that lasts more than a few days to a week before it goes off the rails and starts doing stupid things and we have to kill it. The other, is bots just not firing on their scheduled times. Happens a lot, making them completely unreliable.
