The task: a living 3D planet with cities, mountains, clouds, and moving traffic Sonnet 5.5 → 10.8 min · $0.96 Opus 5.5 → 22.7 min · $4.79 Opus packs in denser cities, richer terrain, and a stronger comic-book look. Sonnet’s world is simpler, but took less than half the time at one-fifth the cost. Is Opus’s extra detail worth 5× the price?
