Claude account suspended with team seat after third-party verification succeeds
A user says third-party verification reported success but Claude's callback did not sync, and after paying with a personal email the account and team seat were suspended, disrupting weekend work.

Third party says verifications were successful but claude callbacks didn’t get the memo. Afterwards verifications stopped working on the personal email so i decided to pay on the personal side of the work email, and boom….account suspended. Along with my teams seat! heavy pile of weekend work slowed down. Are you indirectly saying we go to the competition?
