so I got 533 new followers tonight I didn't post anything, a stranger did something: because I found out that someone put me on a list as "King of Practical AI" BUT... I didn't give myself that name, here's what I do daily: I'm Alex. I'm just an AI productivity fixated guy that helps teams and humans. I drink a lot of espresso. In the last 3 years I've trained 11,000 people and put AI to work inside Fortune 500 companies and 50+ small businesses. I split my time between Bulgaria, Italy and New York. for human fun, every week I also learn a new skill at 53skills dot com :) "practical AI" is the whole point. Everything I share, a non-engineer can use on Monday. So here's what practical AI looks like when it's done inside real companies: 1. Sometimes the best AI project is NOT AI. A claims team wanted an agent to triage their Jira tickets. We fixed it with standard Jira rules. 0 cost, nothing to babysit. this was just deterministic automation. 2. Copilot / Claude licenses are NOT adoption. Most companies already pay for AI tools nobody opens. my fix is a few AI champions in each team showing colleagues what works. 3. Start with boring tasks: compliance checks, report downloads, pulling data out of PDFs. 4. educational workshops are the start but based on my experience real change shows up 2 -4 weeks later, when someone posts "it worked" in the group chat. And that takes a lot of effort because the bottleneck is people's habits, not the AI agents. That's the part I enjoy and I'm quite good, working with the smart humans behind the AI. That's what you'll get here and occasional memes! What worked, what flopped, what it cost, no hype, no 47-tool lists. so yeah, nice to meet you! P.S. this video was done with Opus 5.5, I can share the workflow
