Generating YouTube thumbnails in Codex and animating with Opus 5.5
The author made YouTube A/B testing thumbnails with ChatGPT image generation inside Codex, and built the video's animation, transitions and sound with Remotion and an Opus 5.5 agent.

ChatGPT image gen is magic, generated youtube A/B testing thumbnails completely inside codex I didn't even had to give images manually. I just said "get my camera feed from screen studio file, look at theo's yt channel, and generate similar expressions for use in a thumbnail) I came up with the rough ideas, and image gen filled in the rest In fact, all the animation, transitions, sound, etc. in the video was created agentically using remotion and opus 5.5, with transition animations by @nicodotdev Screen studio is good for quick edits, but for complex videos, I think I might just use OBS + remotion + coding agent
