Claude account registered in China still banned after friend moves to the US

我朋友直接肉身飞去美国了，但是原来在国内的 claude 的号照样被封号 不过他马上开个新号也是没影响。 所以 claude 其实就是给你拉清单，秋后算账，也许不会马上封你号，但等他开始运动式执法的时候，就会拉清单
