Grok Bot "Apply Desk" finds jobs and preps interviews for job seekers
A user built a Grok Bot called Apply Desk that each weekday surfaces five matching roles, syncs an application tracker from Gmail, drafts tailored resumes and cover notes, and writes interview prep briefs, but never applies on the user's behalf.
When you're unemployed, job hunting *is your job.* So if you're looking for a job, I've built a Grok Bot (called "Apply Desk" Bot) to help you out. This is what it does: • Every weekday morning, it finds the 5 best new roles from the job sites you choose, with quotes from each posting showing why it specifically fits you • Automatically keeps your application tracker updated based on your email inbox (connect Gmail) • Drafts a unique, tailored resume and cover note for each role, using only your real experience • Writes you a one-page prep brief the night before every interview on your calendar (connect Google Calendar) • Sends a Sunday review of your whole search with three things to do Monday It never applies, sends emails, or accepts anything for you. Add it from the Grok Bot marketplace here: https://x.ai/bot/iJ8n6iZBU8YArkmGXHppi
