Given the same prompt, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Sonnet 5.5 and Opus 5.5 each produced a 3D pixel animation of a pelican riding a bicycle over a bridge, showing how far model frontend and animation ability has come in a year.

I wanted to REALLY SEE how far models have gone since last year, and the difference is clear. I have compared 2025's Frontier model that we thought was the BEST FOR FRONTEND, now sits at the LAST. I have arranged these in a special way: First video Gemini 3.1 Pro high, Second video is Sonnet 5.5 high Third video is Opus 5.5 medium. Prompt: Make a realistic 3D pixel Art animation of a Pelican riding a Bicycle over the Bridge, beautiful city in the background.
