Claude's personal agent positioned as a business assistant, not a companion like Dots

Claude finally has its own agent. But from what I've found, it's clearly positioned as an assistant for small business owners and professionals, not a friendly companion that stays by your side like OpenAI Dots. Personally, I'm not a fan of the direction. I do like how warm and friendly Dots feels, but it launched as a companion and still can't hold a deep conversation. Compared to that, this one is at least honest about what it is. And this is just my personal guess, but I think once people actually use it, Duet will be able to build about the same kind of relationship Dots does, that same friendly tone and vibe. It's probably a similar level of connection. Claude just calls it an assistant, and OpenAI calls it a friend.
