zAI Discord surfaces apparent GPT-6 Sol test results
A leaker says tests of a supposed GPT-6 Sol appeared in the zAI Discord, from the circle that accurately previewed Astra, though the model name remains unconfirmed.
I’m seeing tests in the zAI Discord from a supposed “GPT-6 Sol,” coming from the same circle that surfaced surprisingly accurate Astra details before launch. Two friends of mine in that community also have access to an internal testing API, which is very likely where at least some of these early results are coming from. I still can’t independently confirm the model name, so treat this as something to watch, not confirmation. But if OpenAI really is continuing the Sol / Luna-style family into GPT-6, I’m very excited. Especially for something like a “GPT-6 Luna.” Full Astra is such an expensive monster that a lot of people will never really get to explore it properly without vaporizing their limits in five minutes. A cheaper, faster GPT-6-class model could end up being the one people actually live with every day.
