Pipeline test for a song AI-generated PV: cutouts plus code-driven motion by claude opus 5.5, no hand animation, went through one round of revisions. Song made with Suno V6 from original lyrics. Character pictures generated from NovelAI V5 full, animated by a custom canvas engine with beat-synced cuts and stepped motion, kinetic lyrics by https://github.com/852wa/JIZURA, composited in After Effects. Engine and storyboard built with Claude Code. It's still a long way from hand-made work: poses are stills, the art needed manual checks for anatomy errors, and the lyrics sometimes cover the character. With more human intervention, the result would be noticeably better.
