v0.1.1482: Claude Code and Codex sessions can continue in each other
The release adds a switch-agent option that converts a Claude Code conversation into a new Codex session or vice versa, carrying over messages, commands and output but not reasoning.

@0xPlato v0.1.1482 已上线：Claude Code 和 Codex 的对话可以互相接着聊了。会话 页 → 会话那行的「换 Agent 继续」→ 选 Codex 或 Claude Code，会转换成对方的新会话（原会话不动），复制命令或直接在终端打开。说过的话、命令和输出都带过去，思考过程不带。其他 Agent 之后再加。
