自己订阅使用 Claude pro 还算稳定的方法 被封的桌面端全部卸载掉 网络不用换 订阅用的是新的apple美区ID 登录，订阅也是用的美区礼品卡 AppStore可能会风控3天 使用的话 只使用CLI方式 不要上桌面端 目前稳定使用3天
