Opus 5.5 codes a 25-minute cartoon episode, every frame from code
Episode 2 of Gus & Spark was generated entirely by Opus 5.5 writing code over 20+ hours, about 50K new lines and 5.75B tokens, with zero AI video and local-model voices.
Claude just coded out this entire 25 minute cartoon, 0 AI generated video!! The episode 2 of Gus & Spark is now out, the cartoon we're making with Claude. I'm calling this one the flying car episode, and it's actually fun to watch even though the quality still needs a lot of enhancement. It's a big one, Opus 5.5 worked on it for over 20 hours. - about 50K new lines of code - 5.75B tokens, about $1,670 at API prices - added AI voices this time (a local voice model), but every frame is still code - since it burns a lot of usage, we might just make it a weekly episode It has several easter eggs in it. Also just letting you guys know a certain someone is in there with muse. One of my dreams was always to make our own cartoon haha, and AI made it possible. The future is going to be so insane!
