Believe it or not, Opus 5.5 didn’t come anywhere close to pushing OpenAI into releasing its insanely powerful internal model. Don’t expect that anytime soon. What you’ll most likely see instead are smaller iterations like GPT-6.1 Astra, which honestly isn’t a bad thing at all. I want that too.
