Claude Account Bans, Suspensions and Appeals

Someone compiled Claude Code ban-prevention experience into an open-source GitHub project called CCBaga, covering account cleanup, browser fingerprints, and system and network settings for people starting over after a ban.

Citing Anthropic's transparency report, the post says 11.4 million accounts were banned in the first half of the year with roughly a 10% appeal success rate, and warns that new rules effective November 12 could also catch normal users.

The poster says their nearly two-year-old Claude account was banned after using REA in Claude Code, and suggests using Codex or domestic models instead.
