Claude Opus 5.5 helped build a browser-based 4v4 shooter where the entire map is covered in paint. INKWAVE lets you paint territory, swim through your team’s ink, climb painted walls, and fight for control of the arena. Under the hood, it uses Three.js and custom shaders to make the ink spread, drip, shine when fresh, and dry over time. The characters, weapons, environments, sound effects, and music were all generated procedurally in code. Even the characters use a 60-bone rig with code-driven animation. This was not a one-prompt game, though. The developer went through a lot of iteration and manual work to get it into a playable state.
