Your parcel touches about 6 machines and 4 people before it reaches your door. Opus 5.5 built a whole parcel hub. Trailers get unloaded onto boom belts, a tunnel scans every label, a tilt-tray loop tips big boxes into chutes, and 48 robots carry the small ones to holes in the floor. Click any parcel and follow it all the way to the van.
