Mickey Mouse test: Opus 5.5 vs Sonnet 5.5 vs Fable 5.1
The same prompt was run through Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, Fable 5.1 and the older Opus 4.6 to compare animated output, and the author finds Opus 5.5 clearly ahead on quality, time and cost.

Opus 5.5 vs. Sonnet 5.5 vs. Fable 5.1 on the Mickey Mouse test. Same prompt across all three, and I also threw Opus 4.6 in as an older reference point to see how far things have moved. In my opinion, Opus 5.5 takes this one pretty clearly. The difference in quality, time and cost across these models is pretty wild.
